It’s often instructive to check how many people are linking to your site. You can do this in several ways. Two tools that I have found helpful are the Yahoo Site Explorer at http://siteexplorer.search.yahoo.com/ [edit – no longer available] and Domain Pop
Another alternative is BackLinkWatch. This site not only tells you which site links back to you but also the anchor text and if the links are “no-follow” links. No-follow links are not counted by Google in assessing page rank.
